“Christ is building His kingdom with earth’s broken things. Men want only the strong, the successful, the victorious, the unbroken, in building their kingdoms; but God is the God of the unsuccessful, of those who have failed. Heaven is filling with earth’s broken lives, and there is no bruised reed that Christ cannot take and restore to glorious blessedness and beauty. He can take the life crushed by pain or sorrow and make it into a harp whose music shall be all praise. He can lift earth’s saddest failure up to heaven’s glory.” ~J.R. Miller
A little encouragement to all of our friends and family who have walked through the worst of times or who are going through them right now. We love you and are praying for you. We’ve got your back and hope that we can count on you if the going gets tough for us. In the meantime, let us know how we can help you, whether through prayer or some other little way of living love.
I also want to take this moment to encourage those of you who are NOT going through tough times to reach out and find a way to show love to someone that you don’t normally.
It will bring a smile to your face as much as it does theirs.
Live love, friends.
